    You’re not a machine. Brain First. Tools Later. · Four weeks, four shifts: Purpose → Culture → Leadership → UX of Work.

    01) Your company doesn’t need more technology. It needs more digital purpose.

    The shift: Tech isn’t the strategy. Clarity is.

    Write a 10-word WHY.

    Align Top-3 priorities with the WHY.

    Measure value created (not usage).

    Question: What problem are we actually solving?

    02) Culture doesn’t follow strategy — it slows it or accelerates it.

    The shift: Plans die without trust.

    Run a 15’ trust retro (what blocks us?).

    Codify 3 norms that enable change.

    Celebrate progress > perfection.

    Question: What truth are we avoiding?

    03) The future of leadership isn’t technical. It’s deeply human.

    The shift: Less control, more clarity + courage.

    Run a 10’ Listening Loop (anonymous → reply in 24h).

    Publish a Decision Log for one choice.

    Do a quick “red-team” pass before committing.

    Question: Who gets the first word (hint: the quietest voice)?

    04) Fix the UX of Work. If your org were an app, would people stay — or uninstall?

    The shift: Tool sprawl ≠ progress. Golden Paths win (one clear, pre-approved way).

    Run the 7-Minute Path Test: count handoffs, approvals, logins, forms.

    Delete 3 steps, automate 2.

    Publish a Golden Path (DRI, ≤7 steps, SLO mins/hours, guardrails).

    Question: Which step will you remove first?
